Develops ways to welcome newcomers and visitors to include Greeters, Coffee Hour, and Newcomer's Socials. Shares information with the parish and community about parish events.
Oversees all aspects of lay ministry both during regular services as well as special services and lay visitation.
Coordinates lay visitation, prayer lists / requests, and support for parish families to include providing meals and transportation when needed.
Oversees programs to include Sunday School for all ages, seasonal potluck educational series, and Vacation Bible School.
Plans and coordinates special events for the church to include receptions and parish meals.
Responsible for planning and implementing all outreach projects.
Plans and coordinates annual stewardship campaigns.
Develops and oversees the annual budget and any capital campaigns.
Oversees the maintenance and repairs of facilities and grounds.
The Choir, ECW (Episcopal Church Women), Ushers/Greeters, Altar Guild, Lay Readers, Chalice Bearers, and many others.
